Refund & Return Policy — JAPAN&BEYOND

1. Returns / Refunds for Customer Reasons
We do not accept returns or refunds for customer reasons (e.g., wrong size, different from expected, change of mind).

2. Defective Items / Incorrect Shipment / Non-Conformity
Please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery and include photos of (i) the outer box, (ii) internal packaging, (iii) the entire product, and (iv) the defective/damaged area.
After review, we will provide an exchange, reshipment, or refund (the method depends on stock availability and other circumstances).
* We cannot accept returns sent back without prior contact/approval.

3. Return Method and Costs
Only in cases of defective items, incorrect shipment, or non-conformity, please return the item in accordance with our instructions (or the procedure we provide).
Return shipping costs are covered by us only when you use the method and address specified by us.
We do not accept returns initiated for customer reasons.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable except in cases of defects:
Food, fresh flowers/plants / custom or personalized made-to-order items / hygiene products / hazardous goods (flammable liquids, gases, etc.) / sale items / gift cards

5. Refund Timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, if a refund is approved, we will generally refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
* Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

6. Returns Due to Unpaid Customs Duties, Refused Delivery, Incorrect Address, etc.
Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are generally the customer’s responsibility.
If an item is returned due to unpaid customs duties/taxes, refusal of delivery, incorrect address, etc., a refund may be issued only if the returned item reaches our store (or an address designated by us) and is confirmed to be in resalable condition (e.g., unopened and unused). In such cases, we may refund the amount after deducting round-trip shipping, customs-related costs, and handling fees. If we cannot receive the returned item, or if it has been opened/used, shows signs of use, or is damaged, no refund will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. Purchases via External Services
If a purchase is made via external services such as WorldShopping BIZ (“WSB”), the return/refund contact point, application method, required information, return address, and refund processing may be governed primarily by the guidance, terms, and procedures of that external service. We will support only to the extent that we can supplement those procedures.
